The Center for Employment Studies (CEE) aims at developing multidisciplinary research on work and employment, from an academic perspective and responding to the social demand. CEET research focuses on four areas: inequality, discrimination, gender; public policies, employment and work; professional and work paths; organizational transformations, technological change and changes in work and employment. In addition to research, the missions of CEET include the construction of partnerships on these topics, the training of PhD students, the dissemination of work through a policy of publications and communication. Special attention is paid to links with public statistics, at national and international level. Moreover, CEET retains a policy council that will play an operational role and will include representatives of the Ministry of Labor.
